- Education: 10th Pass / Matriculation (minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI National Trade Certificate (NTC) in relevant trade issued by NCVT.
- Age Limit: 15 to 24 Years (as on 05.09.2026)
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years | OBC: 3 years | PWD: 10 years | Ex-Servicemen: Additional service period + 3 years
- Experience: Freshers eligible
- Other Requirements: Medical Fitness Certificate from a Government Authorized Doctor (Gaz.) not below rank of Asstt. Surgeon. Minimum physical standards: Height 137 cm, Weight 25.4 kg.
